I watched Elizabeth
I just finished watching Elizabeth. I thought it was pretty good. I really enjoy historical movies like that. Afterwards I look up all the historical people to find out what really happened. I have heard people say that The Golden Age is not as good as the first Elizabeth with Kate Blanchete, but I'm not sure how you can compare the two. The first was made a long time ago and it's just a continuation of a story. It isn't like a completely made up story with sequels that are trying to extend the success of the original (ie. Shrek or Pirates of the Caribbean). And I don't remember the first Elizabeth being hugely successful in the first place so really there isn't a comparison. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but I would watch it again. It really makes me want to get my dang digital cable back so I can watch the new season of The Tudors. That show is pretty great. Andy is watching UFC and when it's over I'm sending him to the grocery to get us pizza. It is my birthday week after all, I can't be lowered to run errands. ; ) So I'll post again later this week. I'm taking Thursday off for my birthday and going to Winston for a girls day with Julie. Yay!!

I really have nothing to say
It's been a pretty uneventful day. I worked, I came home, I took a nap (the best part of the day!) and then I went and rented some movies. This seems to be my new Friday night routine. Blockbuster has seen more of me in the last 3-4 weeks than they have in the last 3 years. Anyway, I rented Dan in Real Life, Waitress and Elizabeth: The Golden Age. I have watched the first two so far. They were surprisingly good. Dan wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but I'd watch it again. Waitress was exactly what I was expecting, but with a few surprises. I'm watching special features now. I love special features. I'll watch Elizabeth tomorrow or Sunday and let you know how it turns out. Andy is hanging out with friends tonight and I'm alone, well just me and Brunswick, but I can't sleep with him because I don't trust him to stay in the bed all night and who knows what trouble he will get himself into while I'm asleep. So that's all for now. I'll talk to you later. Happy Friday (even though it's technically Saturday now)!!!

Best bunny eva!!!
So Brunswik is a highly intelligent bunny. Take for instance; this morning Andy and I were getting ready to leave for work so we started to look for Brunswik to put him back in his cage (he likes to play hide and seek). I found him first next to the hearth and I asked him if he would like to get in his cage. Andy thinks I'm crazy for talking to him like a human, but I swear he understands. So he looked at me and proceeded to hop behind the couch, away from me, but towards his cage. Andy asked why I let him get away and I didn't just pick him up. I said that he doesn't like to be picked up and I wanted to train him to get in his cage on his own. So I walked over towards his cage and stood in front of it. Brunsie was slowly making his way over there so I thought if nothing else maybe I could get him to hop to his cage and I'd put him in. He hopped over and stood in front of the entrance and just looked at me. So I bent down and pet him a little and told him that Andy and I had to go to work, but we would be back later to see him And low and behold he hopped right in. My bunny is a genius and he takes direction very well!! I've been gloating all day! Andy couldn't believe it and he hated admitting that I was right. Way to go Brunsie!!

Pizza
Horray me! I made pizza dough from scratch. It was edible, but I found the most basic recipe I could because I have never done this before. As a result the flavor was just that: basic. I'll post pics, but not the recipe because it isn't worth repeating. I could have achieved the same result with the chef boyarde home kits. I have another one that I'm going to try that has much better ingredients and I'm hoping much more flavor. Anyway, we made a thin crust pepperoni and a "pan" crust baccon. There wasn't a lot of difference in the crust thickness. But we are fed for the night so mission accomplished right?
New to this, be patient with me
So I've never done this blog thing before, but with my friends and my family scattering further every day, I thought it'd be a great idea to start one. I'll try to do my best to keep up with it, but I'm not makin' any promises. I'll also try to make it as interesting as possible so I can entertain you. I'm watching Gilmore Girls right now and I'm being distracted by the TV. Gilmore Girls is possibly the best show ever made, so I'm going to feed my addiction and end this blog entry. I'm also going to go attempt to make pizza dough. I've never done it before and I've heard some horror stories about cooking with yeast. I'll let you know how it goes.
